Custom Work
All custom requests will incur a one-time setup fee of $40.
The project will not begin until payment has been received.
Custom work will be billed at $35 per hour if the project takes longer than one hour
to complete.
By submitting a custom request, you acknowledge that additional charges may apply based on the time required to complete the work.
What counts as Custom Work?
Anything that is outside of our current Just Listed, Just Sold, Flyer, Perma Flyer, Home Details/Updates, Bi Fold, E-Flyer and Booklet Templates.
Essentially, any new layout or project created from scratch will be considered custom.
